Soup Dumplings

I really like the Soup Dumpling(Xiao long bao).
I came across this giant soup dumpling at the Yuan Gardens In Shanghai recently.
Though not normally this big the soup dumpling takes a bit or two to eat and has yummy soup locked away in the center of the dumpling. 

If not familiar with these dumplings then you have missed out indeed.
So next time your looking for a snack or a compliment to a good mean why give them a try:)
